About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee multiple communities. If you’re a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit!


What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with Boards, residents, and vendors to keep communities running smoothly.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and reports.
  • Oversee maintenance projects and vendor performance.
  • Handle resident concerns and ensure community satisfaction.
  • Lead board meetings and provide key updates.
  • Ensure community compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and contracts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in HOA or community association or property management.
  • We specifically need condominium experience!
  • Knowledge of budgeting, property operations, and project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education & Experience

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of community management experience.

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Association Fundamentals and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of property maintenance needs and vendor management.
  • Appfolio and Vantaca experience is a major plus!
