Our impressive portfolio includes nearly 50 million square feet of medical outpatient buildings, lab and life science facilities and Senior Assisted Living centers throughout the country.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Experience analyzing financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, analytics tools, or AI-enabled platforms to improve financial processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Local candidates only

Preferred:
  • Experience working with real estate investment trusts (REITs) or commercial real estate finance
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
