Sofo Foods of Georgia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to help shape the future of our growing distribution center. This is more than a warehouse leadership role — it’s an opportunity to build strong teams, improve processes, drive performance, and create a culture where people thrive. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and inspire supervisors, team leads, and warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Improve productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance across the operation.
  • Build a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement smart, effective solutions.
  • Oversee warehouse systems and operational technologies to support growth and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, maintenance, and operational standards.


What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of distribution or warehouse operations management experience.
  • 3+ years leading teams in a distribution center environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder or BFC Dakota is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, physically active warehouse environment.
