Responsabilités
- Gérer de façon autonome des dossiers de litige commercial et de recours collectifs du début à la fin.
- Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux et plaider des requêtes.
- Superviser et encadrer les avocat(e)s juniors.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de Montréal et régulièrement avec les autres bureaux dans le cadre de mandats nationaux d’envergure.
- Contribuer au développement des affaires et aux initiatives internes du cabinet.
