What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70/30 rule in hiring suggests that 70% of the hiring decision should be based on skills, experience, and qualifications, while 30% should consider cultural fit and soft skills. This approach helps employers select candidates who are both capable and aligned with company values.
