Job description

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our Production Team. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our production plant - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned to a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International. Leadership and growth opportunities are widely available.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all machines or tools in the area. Tools include but are not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
  • Read and execute sales order to prepare raw material by cutting to precise width and length.
  • Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.
  • Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
