  • Deep expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central

  • Strong experience with Walmart Marketplace and other major online marketplaces

  • Hands-on experience leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and digital advertising

  • Experience building and managing high-performing e-commerce teams

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

  • Strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills

Ideal Background

  • Led e-commerce growth for a consumer products, retail, or branded goods company

  • Successfully scaled revenue across Amazon, Walmart, and DTC channels

  • Experience managing multi-channel e-commerce operations at a high level

  • Strong marketplace and digital growth expertise

  • History of building scalable systems, teams, and processes

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Accelerated online revenue growth across all e-commerce channels

  • Expanded marketplace presence and profitability
