Work you'll do

As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Management on the Deloitte Cyber team, you will be responsible for driving Oracle Cyber pursuits, advising clients on Oracle-focused cyber solutions, and providing technical leadership across strategic engagements.

  • Advise clients on the strategy, design, implementation, migration, and operation of Oracle SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance technologies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders on Oracle Cyber offerings and Deloitte services
  • Lead technical solutioning for client pursuits and joint Oracle-Deloitte initiatives to support business development and delivery quality
  • Develop thought leadership, including points of view and white papers, related to Oracle Cyber technologies and market trends
  • Coach junior practitioners and promote adoption of Oracle leading practices across project teams

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle technical solutions, including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Access Governance
  • Experience advising clients on the implementation, migration, or operation of Oracle cloud technologies
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Experience leading client pursuits and proposal development for technology services opportunities
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience developing thought leadership content related to Oracle technologies
  • Experience leading training or enablement for junior practitioners

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.
