By fostering collaboration and leveraging data-driven insights, this position ensures the delivery of innovative, user-centered products that meet evolving market needs and support organizational goals.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies informed by comprehensive user research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align UX initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize user experience and design processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
