• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners through outbound calls, emails, and consistent follow-up
• Support the growth of existing partner relationships while identifying opportunities to develop new ones
• Manage assigned referral partner relationships under the guidance of experienced Business Development team members
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and partner documentation
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Processing, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to support an exceptional partner experience

Why Join Us:
• Career Launchpad: Designed to prepare you for advancement into a Business Development Representative role

• Relationship-Focused: Build long-term partnerships instead of one-time transactions
• Growth Potential: Develop valuable business development, communication, and relationship management skills
• Team Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and execution-focused
• Earning Opportunity: Competitive salary plus incentive opportunity with significant career advancement potential
Work Environment:
• In-office role based in either Sioux Falls, SD or Sandy, UT
• Professional office environment with a collaborative team atmosphere
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs

• Business development, customer service, account support, or relationship management
• Banking, financial services, insurance, or other professional services environments
• Building professional relationships through proactive communication
• Managing follow-up activities and maintaining accurate documentation
• Working toward goals in a fast-paced environment

• A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people
• Curious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Organized with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new relationships
• Resilient, positive, and adaptable
• Interested in building a long-term career in business development
