We are currently seeking a motivated and well-organized Associate Underwriter to support the acquisition and retention of profitable commercial lines customers.ย ย The selected candidate will be involved with a variety of underwriting activities, which includes preparation of quotes and proposals, as well as handle the renewal underwriting and negotiation of less complex accounts, organizing and analyzing underwriting information, working closely with multiple underwriters, and cultivating strong working relationships with agency personnel, our Rating and Loss Control staff, and other departments.

This position will be located in our Carmel, IN office and is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days from home.

The salary range for this position is $24.80-$38.19 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicantโ€™s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.ย
