Job description

Overview

Position Summary
The Coordinator, Transportation & Store Delivery, supports the day-to-day planning and performance tracking of PGA Tour Superstore's transportation network. This role is responsible for monitoring carrier performance, coordinating store delivery schedules, analyzing shipping data, and identifying opportunities to improve cost, speed, and reliability of store replenishment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily transportation plans to ensure on-time delivery of TL and LTL shipments from vendors to cross-dock and from cross-dock to stores.
  • Monitor parcel shipments for e-commerce and store replenishment orders - flag exceptions and coordinate resolution.
  • Maintain store delivery schedules across the network - proactively identify and communicate delays.
  • Support routing guide compliance tracking - flag vendor and carrier deviations for review.
  • Track and document 3rd party SLA performance - support monthly SLA scorecard preparation.
  • Partner with analytics to analyze shipment data to identify cost reduction opportunities - consolidation, mode optimization, zone improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between transportation operations and Store Ops - communicate delivery updates and manage store-level inquiries.
  • Assist with freight invoice review and accessorial charge validation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations or analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis - ability to build and maintain dashboards from raw shipment data.
  • Familiarity with TMS, OMS, or carrier portal systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting data to managers and cross-functional partners.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Monday - Friday onsite, based out of our Roswell, GA Store Support Center. Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.

Travel:
  • 15% of travel is required.
