Job description

Tite: Associate Test Engineer 1 – 2nd Shift
Location: Milpitas, CA | Onsite
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00/4:00 PM – 12:30 AM + OT
Duration: Long Term

We are seeking an Associate Test Engineer with hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair. The role will support system-level testing and tool progression in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
Perform alignment, testing, rework, and repair activities.
Troubleshoot wafer/reticle handlers and related equipment.
Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
Use hand tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and test equipment.
Document test results and prepare technical reports.
Work independently while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant hands-on technical/manufacturing experience.
Electro-mechanical testing and troubleshooting experience.
Cleanroom experience preferred/required.
Technical Certificate, AS degree, military technical training, or equivalent; engineering degree preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Must be able to work extended hours/weekends and lift up to 30 lbs.
