Position: Associate Technician, R&D
Location: Manchester, NH
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7AM-4PM or 8AM to 5PM
Pay: $22.00/hr
Position Summary
The Associate Technician, R&D applies basic scientific and engineering principles to support a variety of testing and operational processes. This role is responsible for conducting product and process trials on both commercial and prototype equipment, accurately collecting and documenting testing data, and supporting research and development projects in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support product and process testing activities on commercial and prototype equipment.
  • Collect, record, and analyze testing and process data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation and technical reports.
  • Learn and apply required test methods, operational procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with project work and complete assigned tasks within established timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional groups to support project objectives.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and learn new testing methods to meet customer and business needs.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
