This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service to guests who are playing slot machines by running change, answering questions, explaining games and resolving issues by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This position provides the day-to-day management of three shifts of technical personnel including adherence to all enterprise policy and procedures, ensuring high machine up time, successful inspections, certifications and audits, execution of departmental goals and objectives and administrative duties.
  • Oversees the maintenance, inventory, and repairs of the slot machines as well as other technical responsibilities on the casino floor.

  • Associates degree required
  • Five years of management or related experience
  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, complete tasks, and be a self-starter Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess computers skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and pass a full background check to be certified/license prior to employment.
  • Must be able to work in a smoking environment and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest.
  • Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
