THE ROLE

The Technical Project Managerย is responsible forย leading technically complex,ย crosspodย initiatives that span multipleย teams. This role serves as theย endtoendย project owner for initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and dependencies, ensuring clear execution, technical alignment, and delivery accountability.ย 

The position acts as a central coordinator and single point of ownership for client and internal initiatives, translatingย highlevelย business or technical goals into structured workstreams, timelines, and dependencies while managing risk and escalation across teams.ย 

RESPONSIBILITIESย 

CrossFunctionalย Technical Project Leadershipย 

  • Lead technically complex,ย multipodย initiatives spanning Applications, Acceleration, Intelligence,ย Analytics,ย andย Productย 
  • Act as theย endtoendย project owner and primary coordinator forย crossfunctionalย technical initiativesย 
  • Serve as theย central pointย of accountability across multiple teams and stakeholdersย 

Planning, Execution & Deliveryย 

  • Translateย highlevelย goals into clear technical workstreams, milestones, owners, and dependenciesย 
  • Coordinate integrations, data flows, automation dependencies, and certification workflowsย 
  • Maintain project plans that reflect evolving scope, dependencies, and technical constraintsย 

Status, Risk & Escalation Managementย 

  • Lead ongoing status tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation across technical stakeholdersย 
  • Maintainย a single sourceย of truth forย projectlevelย status, decisions, risks, and dependenciesย 
  • Proactivelyย identifyย delivery risks and coordinate mitigation or escalation as neededย 

Stakeholder & Client Supportย 

  • Partner closely with technical, product, and business teams to drive alignment and executionย 
  • Join client calls whenย requiredย to provide progress updates, technical clarity, and delivery contextย 
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffsย 

Process Stabilization & Standardizationย 

  • Support standardization of recurring technical workflows where appropriateย 
  • Manage and stabilize custom orย edgecaseย processes until they are suitable for automation or transition toย businessasusualย (BAU) ownership

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related roleย 
  • Demonstrated experience leadingย crossfunctional, technically complex initiativesย 
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and technology dependenciesย 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and disciplinesย 
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skillsย 
  • Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirementsย
