We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong Technical Business Analyst background to support a banking and payments modernization program. This role combines delivery leadership with hands‑on requirements gathering, process documentation, and close collaboration with engineering teams to drive successful project execution.


What You Can Expect (Responsibilities)

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross‑functional teams.

  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility through project tracking tools.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

  • Partner with engineering teams to define system interactions, APIs, and payment workflows.

  • Ensure alignment between requirements, technical solutions, and delivered outcomes.


Requirements

  • 6+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience in software delivery environments.

  • Strong experience in banking and payments, including payments processing and modernization initiatives.

  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand cloud‑based, API‑driven, and event‑driven architectures.

  • Proven experience gathering requirements and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

  • Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation, analysis, and requirements definition.


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of ISO 20022, Fedwire, or other payment industry standards.

  • Experience with Lucid chart, Miro, draw.io, BPMN, or similar modeling tools.

  • Background in Software Engineering or QA.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as MCP, RAG, and agentic systems.
