Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will lead and support strategic initiatives focused on business process enhancement, operational efficiency, and technology-enabled solutions across the Loan Quality Center. You will serve as a technical project manager and trusted consultant, partnering with business, product, technology, and operational stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate current-state processes, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will also leverage technical and analytical skills to extract and analyze data, develop insights, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The SF Risk - Technical Project Management - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation, driving execution, accountability, and delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop practical, scalable solutions that enhance operational performance.
  • Leverage data analysis and technical skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems and databases to support decision-making, business insights, and process optimization.
  • Apply strong analytical judgment to evaluate operational performance, interpret trends, and provide recommendations that inform strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Assess end-to-end workflows, business processes, and system interactions to identify inefficiencies, quantify impacts, and support implementation of measurable process enhancements.
  • Develop project plans, manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across Business, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Risk teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and implementation plans.
  • Drive accountability through disciplined project management practices, proactively identifying issues, surfacing risks, and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Drive accountability through disciplined execution: track commitments, surface issues early, and ensure follow-through against agreed timelines and outcomes.
