As a Project Manager, you will operate as part of our Engineering organization and play a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing product design, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering projects, including overall integrated project plans, product cost, technical details, resource management, budgets, and tooling investments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to align customer requirements with internal technical requirements.
  • Prepare and conduct weekly standing meetings with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to plan and track deliverables.
  • Balance both in-depth details and high-level executive summary regarding project specific requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal and or safety standards.
  • Embrace and help drive the Lean culture.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English
  • Preferred: Recognized project management certificate, i.e., CAPM®, PMP®, or Prince 2®.
  • Proven experience with project management.
  • ERP System knowledge (SAP, preferred)
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycles.
  • Experience interfacing with cross-functional support teams.
  • Experience with utilizing Lean methodologies and root cause analysis.
