  • Managing the technical contractual scope of Gas, Power and Structures activities in front of the customer, in collaboration with the System Deployment & Integration Manager (SDIM).

  • Ensuring performance and customer acceptance of the project solutions.

  • Identifying applicable regulations and ensuring their integration into design solutions.

  • Leading the deployment of Gas, Power and Structures solutions and operational coordination of system deployment and integration activities.

  • Managing project requirements, ensuring compliance and demonstration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinating technical interfaces between subsystems and third parties.

  • Driving validation, commissioning, and certification activities.

  • Ensuring rigorous application of safety practices and promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics.

  • Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management.

  • Technical subcontractor management experience.

  • Knowledge of cost and planning control in engineering scopes.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills in contractual situations.

  • Desirable: Knowledge of rail and rail signalling products and services, safety background, and engineering product development lifecycle experience.
