Integration is being implemented with Blue Yonder TMS and Blue Yonder Network systems to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency. The transportation model is shifting from a black box contracting system for third-party carriers to selecting specific carriers and hubs. Emphasis is on systemic integrations, master data management, and ensuring accountability across multiple work streams, involving both internal teams and external partners.
