• Project Managers have a sharp business mind strong business acumen and a proven ability to strategize and implement strategic program initiatives They are responsible for understanding the Customer Experience and Success business strategy and specific initiatives in alignment with that strategy They lead the project with direct responsibility for the end to end execution to achieve business outcomes Project managers are highly skilled professionals with business and subject matter domain expertise who help organizations stay on schedule on spec and ultimately on an upward trajectory of success and growth They are also motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture project success from inception to completion
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acquire and continuously maintain knowledge of Customer Experience and Success priorities and objectives in alignment with and advancement of DCS project goals and objectives
• Lead a team of Engineers who work on power platform solutions
• Participate and contribute to Digital Customer Success Strategy definition with primary responsibility for execution of stated strategy
• Manage metrics requirements with Principal PM working closely with technical Team to explain the requirement developing Tech specs and BRDs reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to PMs
• Assist FTE Principal PM with metric requirements Field Escalations research and development prioritization
• Translate business requirements to work with technical team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy
• Manage the Module deliverable with technical Lead to ensure module release on the required date within the approved scope
• In partnership with various metrics actively manage assumptions dependencies risks issues and potential impacts and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions
• Provide accurate timely and fit for purpose programs and or project status reports using established norms
• Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners
• Coordinate and communicate between business users balancing requirements and resources to solve business problems
• Ability to build tabular and or visualization reports as needed
• Work closely with technical team to document business processes
• Identify key dependencies and requirements needed from cross functional teams to drive stated outcomes
• Work with other peers and stakeholders engaged in DCS programs to identify risks and opportunities within and across multiple projects
