Job Description REMOTE - CST (ONSITE preferred in Arkansas) 2 openings We are seeking an Integration Support Analyst / Project Coordinator to support cross-functional technology and integration initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This person will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, business teams, and external partners to keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward. The role will have a particular focus on supporting integration-related projects, including initiatives involving Cambia Health Solutions, and is best suited for someone who has experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking project activities, and supporting technical or business projects.

Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Technical Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination. Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and status reporting. Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings and serve as a liaison between business, technical, and external partner teams. Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and communications. Assist with business requirements, gap analysis, project analysis, and stakeholder reviews when needed.

Help coordinate small to medium-sized projects or workstreams independently when appropriate. Support integration initiatives involving internal teams and external partners such as Cambia Health Solutions. Required Qualifications 3+ years of project coordination, project management support, or advanced project administration experience.

Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, deliverables, documentation, and follow-up. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related productivity tools. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Nice to Have Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.

Experience supporting technology, systems integration, or IT projects. Smartsheet experience. CAPM or other project management certification.

Experience working with external vendors, partners, or interconnected business organizations. The Project Coordinator profile specifically calls for project-plan maintenance, progress tracking/reporting, business-requirements and gap-analysis support, project documentation, cross-functional liaison work, and at least 3 years of project-management/administrative experience.
