Job description

Your Role

We're looking for an Associate Technical Analyst, someone who will help us build our long-term vision for our products. This role will serve the needs of our Support team, being its voice when working with departments across our product team.

Your responsibilities will include:ย

  • Being a go-to resource. Our customer-facing teams will look to you for answers on our products and features. You'll use your problem-solving skills to help others resolve issues.
  • Process improvement. You'll find creative ways to improve our team's workflows.
  • Linking the front lines to our product team. You'll act as the liaison between our product and customer-facing teams, providing insights to global stakeholders that will help steer strategic product initiatives effectively.
  • Own Results & Cross-Functional Alignment. Operate as a data-informed leader by continuously evaluating performance, optimizing outcomes, and reporting progress. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure alignment from product release to market execution.

This role requires 3 days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our HQ in Lincoln.

Must-Haves
  • Experienced. You bring 2+ years of professional experience at the intersection of technology and performance. This could include roles in Technical Support and Implementation, or hands-on experience in Sports Science and Athlete Performance analyticsย
  • A versatile communicator. You know the importance of efficient, valuable, company-wide communication and can effectively work across various teams.
  • The Tactical Liaison: You can navigate deep technical conversations with engineers about real-time streaming and latency, but you can also walk into a room of stakeholders and explain exactly how that technology provides a tactical advantage to a coach on the sideline.
  • Inquisitive. You find yourself wanting to dig deeper into issues, understand why they're happening, and help create the solution.
Nice-to-Haves
  • CRM knowledge. You've tracked your customer touchpoints and run reports in a customer relationship management system.ย ย
  • Sports Tech Knowledge. Prior experience with video analysis software, recruiting platforms (like Hudl or similar), or sports camera technology.
  • Certifications. Possessing NSCA, CSCS or an equivalent certification would be a strong plus.
  • Ruthless Prioritization. The ability to juggle multiple projects at different stages, focusing on high-impact work while balancing long-term strategy with quick-turn execution.
Our Role
  • Champion work-life harmony. We'll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you'll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.ย
  • Encourage career growth. We're lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We'll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you're at the office or working remotely, we'll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees' wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you'll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that's free money. We'll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
