During the training period, travel is expected to range between 50% and 75%.Preferred Location: within an hour commute or so from Greensboro, North CarolinaResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesYou will focus on ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency, and quality for our Bandag Dealer Franchise locations by providing technical expertise, training, and project management.1. Equipment Service and UptimeInstall, troubleshoot, and repair complex industrial retread equipment (electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems).Perform routine equipment calibrations and install hardware/software kits.Train dealer personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of all major retread equipment to maximize service life and productivity.2. Plant Installation and ModificationManage plant installation and modification projects from initiation to completion, including equipment, beam, and monorail systems.Coordinate and meet with external contractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.3. Quality and Operational ExcellenceConduct Bandag Systems Audits and UPS Audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and franchise agreements.Analyze plant production data, identify productivity constraints, and develop action plans to drive operational improvements and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).4.
