Your Role

As a Blue Yonder Technical Analyst, you will support Fortune 500 companies in large-scale supply chain transformations across complex enterprise environments.  You will use your deep Blue Yonder technical expertise to build and configure integrated supply chain solutions, working on full lifecycle implementations.  You will use your expertise in the BY WMS application to define and build custom functionality for clients, design and build interfaces within a larger enterprise ecosystem, and work with global technical teams in delivering Blue Yonder solutions.  As a client-facing lead, you ensure delivery within scope and time while maintaining solution integrity and quality standards.

Your Skills & Experience

Must Have:

  • Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of BY WMS
  • Deep configuration and process knowledge of BY SWMS
  • Expert knowledge of BY SWMS tables and database structure
  • Experience with Oracle and Snowflake Databases and SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Expertise in building extensions for BY WMS using MOCA
  • Experience creating custom WMS labels and reports
  • Experience with Unix, Linux and Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations processes, agnostic of BY capabilities
  • Ability to create accurate technical design documentation
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of technical and integration design activities including supporting data mapping activities
  • Build interfaces between BY WMS and the client's enterprise applications or between BY WMS and other BY applications
  • Build interfaces between BY WMS and warehouse devices and tools such as RF devices, printers, conveyers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of BY WMS integration points and typical integrations required both within BY and with external systems
  • Experience defining, setting up, and managing batches
  • Support all phases of testing (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, device, user acceptance, smoke)
  • Perform root cause analysis activities during all phases of testing and implement required technical changes to address the defect
  • Direct experience with implementing WMS solutions and AI
  • Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes and how they are connected
  • Ability to establish a rapport with clients and foster strong client relationships
  • Ability to work with disparate global teams and accommodate time differences when required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative environments
  • Ability to create a shared sense of direction and accountability across teams

  • Experience with BY's Cognitive applications
  • Experience with BY Connect, DMS, or PDC
  • Experience with other WM tools in a technical capacity such as Manhattan Associates, Korber, Oracle, SAP, Infor
  • Hands-on work with AI platforms and tools such as Claude, Open AI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric
  • Knowledge of consumer products (non-retail), manufacturing, life sciences, and automotive industries
  • Experience in a product support role

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$67,500 - $127,510

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
