Job Description:

As a Systems Engineer Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work various programs solving our customer's most difficult technical challenges. You could support planning activities to address development activity processes, and procedures. You could perform technical planning, design, analysis, implementation, system integration, validation and verification. Analyses are performed at all levels to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. This position supports the Missile Solutions (MSL) Segment, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together.ย  We have a long history of innovative and exceptional performance; we have earned our place as a trusted provider to our customers.

Essential Functions:ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated experience with designing, developing, and/or testing

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated experience in architecture, requirements development, implementation, simulation, test, verification, validation, and/or debugging

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Systems Evaluation - Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated complex problem solving and decision making

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Physics, or related Engineering discipline with a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 0 to 2 years prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent interpersonal skills

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of military and/or NASA component specifications, design processes, and hardware test/verification procedures.
