Job description


The Systems Analyst Associate is responsible for supporting assigned operating systems and networks. The Systems Analyst Associate is responsible for the installation, upgrades and maintenance of assigned application software and operating systems.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other field of study; or equivalent required experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Licensure: None.
Experience: None (with IT related bachelor's degree), Three (3) years of experience (with associate degree) or Five (5) years of experience (with no degree) maintaining operating systems and applications; and programming micro, mainframes and network technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Knowledge of operating systems and application software. Ability to perform system analysis and testing. Excellent time-management and organization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
