3 Key Consulting is hiring Associate Engineer for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:
Position involves support of senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, particularly for automation related scope. Employ basic engineering skills and practices to gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third party firms. Assist with project definition by performing engineering studies and assessment for automation system installations. Perform field evaluations of existing systems and provide engineering design recommendations.
Skills:
Previous intern experience is a plus
Experience with automation is a plus, as well as experience with computer programming, systems, and/or robotics.

Top Must-Have Skill Sets:
  • Data Analysis - organize data
  • Technical Writing - investigations (preferred skillset)
  • Supply Chain/Distribution and Warehousing experience
  • Engineering - (spending, reports, data gathering)
  • At minimum of Associates degree: Engineering setting; data management

Ideal candidate: someone with experience with logistics, investigations, supply chain background. Experience with large data sets, organized data.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis- Including financial budgets, shipment reporting, inventory transactions
  • Management of Quality Assurance records- Including deviation and corrective action records
  • Scheduling and planning of weekly/daily shipment and receiving to third party suppliers
  • Good Manufacturing Practices training adherence

Red Flags:
Long periods of inactivity in work history (i.e. more than 1 year)
Lack data analysis experience/skills
