The job requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sometimes working under pressure during system outages or security incidents.

Will AI replace sys admins?

AI is unlikely to fully replace associate system administrators, as their role involves complex problem-solving, system configuration, and troubleshooting that require human judgment. Instead, AI tools are expected to augment their work by automating routine tasks, allowing sys admins to focus on more strategic and specialized responsibilities.
