We are hiring a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll and Accounting team at White Lodging's corporate headquarters in Merrillville, Indiana. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Merrillville corporate office and two days remote - offering the structure of an in-person collaborative environment alongside the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. This is a high-volume, multi-state payroll role for a detail-oriented payroll professional who brings strong technical skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate payroll environment supporting 30+ hotel properties across multiple states. What You'll Do
  • Process full gross-to-net payroll for 30+ multi-state hotel locations in a high-volume corporate payroll environment - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Reconcile payroll calculations - including federal, state, and local tax withholdings - across a multi-state hotel portfolio with precision and strict attention to detail
  • Partner with property management teams across the White Lodging hotel portfolio to resolve missed punches, approval issues, and payroll exceptions in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and process off-cycle payments and retroactive pay adjustments as needed - ensuring accurate gross-to-net payroll production at every property
  • Execute payroll reports and system queries to ensure ongoing data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance across all assigned hotel locations
  • Provide timely, professional payroll support to associates and leaders across the organization - serving as a knowledgeable and responsive resource for all payroll-related inquiries
