The Structured Finance individual will be responsible for underwriting, structuring, negotiating, obtaining credit approval and closing newly originated structured finance credit facilities.


  • An integral member of the deal team responsible for the underwriting, structuring , negotiating, obtaining credit approval and closing newly originated structured finance credit facilities. 
  • Create credit memos for newly originated structured finance credit facilities
  • Review legal documentation for accuracy and compliance with approval requirements
  • Work with Product Partners including FX, Interest Rate Contracts, Global Transaction Payments, Capital Markets to incorporate these products into the credit facility structure as needed to mitigate risks, establish the cash management relationship with the client and offer capital markets products
  • Work with Customer Service Team to open relevant accounts as part of the overall client relationship and obtain BSA approval
  • Ensure compliance with EWB regulatory and credit requirements
  • Ensure the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship follows established EWB credit policy, procedures, and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

The base pay range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
