About the Role:
SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Villa Rica, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your accounting expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work directly supports a trusted restoration and remediation brand. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activity
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate with project managers and operations staff to track job costing and expenses
Requirements:
