Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills Three (3) to five (5) years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and supporting Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and Power Automate. Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions; translates business needs into configured, practical solutions without over-engineering. Working knowledge of Power Fx; ability to build and troubleshoot Canvas App formulas and expressions independently.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for source control, work item tracking, and solution lifecycle management. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable explaining technical concepts and solution trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated eagerness and track record of quickly learning new tools, platforms, or technologies-including AI-powered development tools.

Desirable Qualifications Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot Studio for AI-assisted development or conversational agent building. Power BI report development experience; ability to connect to Dataverse or SharePoint and build basic dashboards. Microsoft Power Platform certification: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate).

Experience working in a public sector, government, or large enterprise environment. Familiarity with Dataverse security model (business units, security roles, field-level security) and solution-aware ALM practices Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and related integration components used in enterprise Power Platform solutions; Azure development skills are preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or other Dynamics 365 enterprise applications is desired.
