IT Associate Solutions Developer


The Associate Solutions Developer writes and maintains programming code to achieve ministry objectives. The Developer analyzes needs, provides technical solutions and support, assists with managing workloads, and may serve as a system administrator.


Analyze Business Needs
Write, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain custom code that is compliant with coding standards and policies. Ensure proper version control, documentation, quality assurance, change management, software lifecycle, testing, etc. Apply best practices for security, scalability, performance, automation, and monitoring. Assist in integrating with third party applications.


Implement Technical Solutions
Write, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain custom code that is compliant with coding standards and policies. Ensure proper version control, documentation, quality assurance, change management, software lifecycle, testing, etc. Apply best practices for security, scalability, performance, automation, and monitoring. Assist in integrating with third party applications.


Provide Technical Support
Assist users with training, technical support, ad-hoc reports, and technical decisions. Establish personal rapport through excellent customer service, work quality, and communication. Maintain and further relevant skills. Serve as a system administrator as needed.


Manage Workloads
Track all work, statuses, time spent on each ticket, etc., for proper customer billing and decision support, in accordance with policies. Communicate progress, timelines, and roadblocks to stakeholders for excellent situational awareness.
