Location: Pasco, WA
Position: Full-Time Associate Dentist
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | No evenings or weekends
Compensation: $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production
Hansen Family Dental is looking for a confident, compassionate Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Pasco, WA.

Founded in 2007, Hansen Family Dental has built a strong reputation for quality patient care and a supportive, close-knit team. Our well-rounded team of 14 includes 2 dentists, 5 RDHs, 4 RDAs, and 3 administrators. We value excellent dentistry, strong communication, teamwork, and building lasting relationships with our patients.

This is a great opportunity for a general dentist who wants excellent work-life balance, a supportive team, and a predictable four-day schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is greater
  • Uncapped earning potential with 30% production-based compensation

  • Completion of a General Dentistry Residency is a plus
  • Confident general dentist who is comfortable providing comprehensive patient care
  • Comfortable performing molar endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, professional, and compassionate chairside manner
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dental care
  • Ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with patients
