Job description

Overview
The Shipping Associate ensures timely and accurate shipment of finished goods, components, and materials from eVAC Magnetics’ facility to customers and other locations. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and coordination with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure products are shipped safely and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to specifications.
  • Generate and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and labels.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain shipment records and update ERP or inventory systems.
  • Inspect outgoing goods for accuracy and damage.
  • Monitor and maintain shipping supplies inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and export control regulations.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or shipping software.
  • Forklift certification a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials safely.

Working Conditions
