  • Contribute to the evolution of testing strategy during platform re‑architecture (e.g., OMS SaaS migration)
Required Qualifications
  • Strong computer science fundamentals with 4+ total years of experience in technically rigorous environments holding extremely high bars for their engineers
  • 2+ years of experience in SDET or test architecture roles with an emphasis on true software engineering
  • Ability to design diagnostic tools and testing infrastructure
  • Strong problem‑solving and system design skillsExposure to agentic systems or autonomous testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with low‑latency systems and performance optimization
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience building complex test automation platforms from scratch
  • Background with OMS (Order Management Systems) or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience with distributed systems, data platforms, or financial systems
  • Experience integrating AI/ML tools into testing workflows
  • Experience in financial services, especially trading or portfolio systems
Location Requirements
