Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to data processing systems. Analyzes existing and proposed data processing systems or procedures that improve processing capabilities. Assists the installation of programs and procedures developed in coordination with end user groups. Enhances data processing systems and procedures through system analysis, coding, testing, and other activities that facilitate technical business objectives. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
System Testing - Thoroughly tests systems to ensure proper installation of new software, system changes, and overall efficiency. Evaluates and conveys testing results. Performs coding and assists in implementing system modifications and enhancements.
Business Support - Provides technical support by performing coding, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve processing capabilities. Works closely with business units and operation teams to support their business objectives.
Technical Proficiency - Utilizes knowledge to develop or install appropriate computer software. Serves as a resource on data processing systems and procedures.
On-call Support - Provides 24/7 on-call support via rotation.

Position Specific Skills:
Experience with programming languages such as Microsoft .NET (C#); ASP.NET Core; JavaScript; HTML 5; XML; SQL Scripting and Powershell Scripting
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar code repository system
Experience with ServiceNow or other information technology service ticketing systems
Knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (like Waterfall and Agile)
Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming

Preferred Area of Experience: Mule API Manager and RAML over Anypoint Studio; Anypoint Cloud-Hub;API Gateway and Management; Mule Dataweave; REST ; Salesforce;Java;SQL;Git;

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience in design and development of complex use cases using MuleSoft.
  • Experience in the Banking and Finance Industry
  • Prefer Mulesoft certified candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodology (Waterfall and Agile)
