On-site Day 1
To perform activities associated with one or more software engineering lifecycle phases Principal Accountabilities: Understand customer requirements and suggest solutions or alternatives Fill timesheets and complete invoicing process on or before the deadline Engage with customer teams on an ongoing basis on all aspects of project delivery Seek informal feedback and escalate any issues to seniors in the team Develop software code as per specifications, by understanding customer requirements Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources Constantly review if there is a better way of doing things, which may help with economising time or money or deliver better to the customer Perform code reviews as per standards and provide timely status update Monitor and track defects and manage any change requests Participate in quality reviews and implement quality norms Build reusable components and participate in review processes Develop and review project consolidated status reports Should have 10 years and relevant Quadient experienceCollaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand business needs for customer communicationsCCM document composition using Quadient suite Inspire Designer, Interactive and ScalarExtensive experience in data input, data processing, layout design, imposition and output modelsExperience in working with onsite/offshore modelExperience in handling large transformation projects in insurance domainMust have implementation knowledge on scalar jobs for email, post processing, on demand, archival and multi recipientsKnowledge on ICM, program deployment process with changeset/package, manual/automated is recommendedMust be able to import forms from current legacy system to QuadientResponsible for template optimization including review of template to identify anything that appears to be set up incorrectlyProvide guidance on environmental setup, tool configuration etc matching enterprise standards so the product can be scalable for future needsDesign and configure application to migrate from legacy system to Quadient platformExposure to other document composition tools would be added advantageShould have basic knowledge on JavaScript, Json, XML, postscript and AFP
