Do you have a passion for applying software engineering principles to advance energy and chemical process simulation? As a software engineer, you will solve challenging technical problems, provide expert technical advice, and create new and exciting features for thousands of engineers around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in design, development and maintenance of BR&E software
  • Test and develop applications for BR&E simulation software
  • Participate in development projects related to integration of existing BR&E components with new BR&E software
  • Develop parallel processing and multithreading capabilities
  • Participate in development projects related to GUI
Requirements
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, or BS in Engineering with software development experience
  • Strong interest in programming with Visual Studio and C++
  • Knowledge of the Windows Platform SDK
  • Desire to develop multithreaded COM applications in C++ using the Windows API
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft .Net Framework
  • Strong English language verbal/written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
