Build and ship production features across the full stack for internal web applications.

Prototype new automation ideas and iterate based on validation from real users.

Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams to translate complex workflows into software.

Develop a deep technical and operational understanding of the KIBO platform to build better automations.

Contribute to critical decisions regarding architecture, tooling, and project prioritization.

Strong fluency in at least one or two programming languages with a focus on technical fundamentals.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new platforms deeply.

Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in learning how business operations function.

Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to maintain progress without complete information.

Excellent written communication skills suited for a cross-functional, remote-friendly environment.

Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, or LLM APIs and agentic AI workflows.

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
