• Collaborate & Innovate: Demonstrate your customer empathy, hands-on AEM expertise, Engineering knowledge, and AI-first mentality, to collaboratively develop innovative product features that solve real customer needs and demonstrate measured value.
• Envision: Continually deepen your understanding of a customer’s business use cases and value metrics to discover new opportunities to drive measurable value.
• Iterate & Experiment: Apply an AI-first experimentation mentality to rapidly iterate on technical proof-of-concepts, assessing and validating business value outcomes.
• Share: Create and share knowledge to scale expertise across the AEM community both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience with full-stack software development

• Specific experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services
• Demonstrated curiosity with AI experimentation and solutions
