Key Responsibilities

  • Drive complex architectural solutions by resolving cross-functional design and business challenges, optimizing performance, and removing bottlenecks.

  • Lead development of enterprise applications ensuring scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and compliance with architectural standards.

  • Mentor and guide teams across the full software development lifecycle, sharing expertise in methodologies, policies, standards, and controls.

  • Design and build front-end applications using React.js, Redux, ES6, Babel, Webpack, HTML5, and CSS3 to deliver scalable, cross-browser solutions aligned with UX mockups.

  • Integrate and test systems by supporting SIT/UAT, performing RESTful API integrations, and ensuring reliable, secure connectivity with back-end services.

  • Ensure quality and maintainability by writing reusable components, implementing unit tests (Jasmine), and promoting best practices in software architecture and development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)

  • 5 years of experience in software development or a related field

  • 4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps

  • 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 6 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization

  • 6 years of experience working with source code control systems, defect or incident tracking software, and/or writing technical documentation in a software development environment

  • 6 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions 4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

  • 4 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports

  • Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools
