Summary
The Artiva Developer is responsible for creating and enhancing the Core functions of the Artiva System/Database based on Internal and/or Client needs as well as reporting functions as needed.
Essential Functions
  • Development of new internal/Client reports and/or updating existing reports.
  • Understanding of internal and Client Requirements in order to code developments and updates for new and existing Client Requirements as well as internal processes.
  • Creating new processes and updating existing processes.
  • Continuous Process Improvements.
  • Data, Business and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Manage workload using the Ticket System.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHC's Information Security Policy and Procedures.

Position Requirements
Requirements
  • Understanding of SQL queries - how to read and write them. (Experience with Bridgeworks or Finvi Reports preferred)
  • Experience reading and writing Artiva scripts
  • Artiva workflow management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) with the ability to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to multitask with strong time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with .Net coding a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Artiva Scripting and SQL coding
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

Work Environment:
  • Federal and State Contractor
  • Call/Contact Center and Account Receivable Management including 1st and 3rd Party Recoveries

WFH Requirements:
  • This role supports occasional or permanent remote work; candidates must meet telecommuting requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet (hard wired ethernet connection required) with minimum of 25 MBPS for Upload and Download speeds.

Physical/Mental Demands:
Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this role, an employee is frequently required to sit, talk or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms.
