Job description

Position Overview

As Associate Site Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day merchandising execution in Shopify that ensures our storefront is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for conversion. You'll own product detail page setup, collection and category merchandising, and promotional execution - working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Creative, CRO, and Marketing to bring campaigns and new product launches to life on the site. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, moves fast, and wants to grow their merchandising career inside a highly visible DTC business.

What You'll Do
  • PDP Setup & Maintenance: Build, update, and QA product detail pages - ensuring accurate copy, imagery, pricing, variants, and metadata are live and error-free ahead of launch dates.
  • Collection & Category Merchandising: Curate and maintain collection pages and category navigation to reflect merchandising strategy, seasonal priorities, and inventory position.
  • Promo Execution: Implement site-wide and targeted promotions (sales, bundles, gift-with-purchase, limited releases) - including scheduling, banner/asset placement, and QA across desktop and mobile.
  • JIRA Board Management: Own and maintain the merchandising JIRA board - logging tickets, tracking status, flagging blockers, and keeping cross-functional partners aligned on timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site audits to catch broken links, pricing discrepancies, out-of-stock display issues, and other merchandising errors before they impact the customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with counterparts from Merchandising, Marketing, Creative and Tech daily to support campaign launches, product priorities and UAT as necessary.
  • Launch Support: Assist with new product launches and campaign go-lives, ensuring all site elements are in place and tested prior to launch.
Who You Are
  • 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations - Shopify experience required.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management/ticketing tools.
  • Sharp attention to detail; comfortable owning repetitive, precision-driven execution work without letting quality slip.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent launches, promos, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth DTC environment with shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative attitude - this role touches nearly every team in digital commerce.
  • Prior experience supporting a high-traffic or high-SKU-count storefront preferred.
  • Exposure to basic reporting/analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics) to inform merchandising decisions.
