As a Dining Services Associate (Server), you’re responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our seniors. Unlike other serving positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day.

What you can expect to do as a Dining Services Associate (Server) for Alpine Way:

  • Prepare dining room for all meals, completing the pre-meal procedures

  • Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units

  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

  • Use proper tasting techniques to understand the flavor of all entrees and have knowledge of their ingredients, prior to meal service
