Job description

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architecture Review Board (ARB) Support Analyst to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard.
Key Responsibilities
  • Screen incoming architecture submissions for completeness, formatting, and ARB entry criteria compliance.
  • Schedule ARB sessions, prepare agendas, assemble and distribute pre-reads, and coordinate participant logistics.
  • Maintain ARB repositories: upload artifacts, update templates, organize diagrams, decision logs, and reference materials.
  • Track package status, action items, decisions, issues, and risks across the review lifecycle; update dashboards and reporting.
  • Record meeting minutes, capture decisions, and notify stakeholders of required follow-ups and remediation actions.
  • Coordinate with solution architects, cybersecurity, engineering, and project teams to collect missing artifacts and clarify submission requirements.
  • Verify submission references to enterprise standards (DoDAF/TOGAF, NIST, DoD guidance) and flag compliance gaps for reviewers.
  • Support continuous improvement of ARB workflows, templates, and communication channels to increase governance efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with HS Diploma/equivalent
  • Clearance: TS/SCI (active)
  • Education / Training / Certification: Candidate must meet ONE:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BS) or related field; OR
    2. Relevant training (DAU ENG 101, FEAC Institute Enterprise Architecture); OR
    3. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience (examples: TOGAF, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Security+).
  • Experience: Supporting enterprise architecture boards, governance processes, or architecture/package coordination in DoD or large enterprise environments.
  • Skills: Strong administrative coordination, document/repository management (SharePoint/EA tools), meeting facilitation support, minute-taking, stakeholder communication, and basic understanding of DoDAF/TOGAF/NIST frameworks.

Desired / Preferred
  • Prior ARB or DoDAF/TOGAF review support experience in DoD/ARNG environments
  • Familiarity with architecture repositories, diagram tools (Sparx, Archi), and governance dashboards
  • If privileged access required: Security+ CE or CISSP-ISSAP

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
