The Quality Engineer Associate supports manufacturing process and product quality by applying quality engineering principles, standards, and problem-solving tools to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance product quality, and drive compliance with established standards and specifications. The position plays an important role in supporting new products, technologies, and manufacturing processes while ensuring effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, project management capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
