Position Summary

We are looking for an Associate Sales Recruiter to join our growing team.

As an Associate Sales Recruiter, you will help organizations achieve sales excellence by identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional B2B sales talent.

You will partner closely with our sales team, which owns the client relationship, so you can focus on finding exceptional candidates, building trust with them, and delivering outstanding search outcomes.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone who is highly competitive, driven, coachable, and excited to build a career in recruiting. You want pressure. You want a scoreboard. You want to be measured against clear targets and know exactly where you stand. You do not need years of recruiting experience, but you do need the resilience to hear "no," the discipline to keep going, and the desire to compete, improve, and win as part of a high-performing team. We will teach you Peak's search methodology and give you the coaching, tools, and opportunity to take ownership of your searches.

What You'll Be Doing

Search Execution

  • Learn and own the full recruitment process, from search launch through placement.
  • Partner with Sales to execute search engagements.
  • Source and identify top-performing B2B sales professionals across North America using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, market research, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and messages every day to engage passive candidates, generate interest, and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess each candidate's experience, performance, motivation, communication skills, and fit for the opportunity.
  • Deliver highly qualified candidate shortlists aligned with client expectations and Peak standards.
  • Execute each engagement utilizing Peak's proven search methodology.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with sales professionals built on trust and credibility.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
  • Build the knowledge and credibility to guide candidates throughout the search process.
  • Represent the Peak brand with integrity and excellence in every interaction.

Performance Excellence

  • Achieve and exceed activity, pipeline, and placement objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and disciplined data management within Salesforce.
  • Effectively manage multiple search engagements without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Demonstrate Peak's purpose and values in all aspects of your work.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and internal teammates to deliver exceptional results.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of processes and standards.
  • Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Up to one year of experience in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, or another fast-paced, results-driven environment. Direct recruiting experience is not required.
  • A track record of competing, pushing through setbacks, and working relentlessly toward ambitious goals.
  • A background in competitive athletics, performance-based sales, entrepreneurship, or another environment where results are earned is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with accomplished sales professionals.
  • Comfortable with high levels of outbound activity and relationship building by phone, video, and digital channels.
  • Thrives under pressure and is energized by competition, clear targets, scoreboards, and being measured on results.
  • Resilient, coachable, organized, disciplined, and personally accountable.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, or applicant tracking systems is helpful but not required.
  • A commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and helping others achieve their highest potential.

What We Offer

Remote-First, Flexible Culture

100% remote work environment with company-provided equipment. Our model gives you autonomy and flexibility, built on trust and clear expectations rather than watching a clock.

Wellness and Growth:

  • Three weeks of vacation, plus five PTO days annually
  • Comprehensive benefits after 90 days
  • RRSP matching after six months
  • $750 annual Health & Wellness Allowance, in addition to our benefits program
  • Uncapped commissions and performance incentives
  • Ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities
